With years of experience and the opportunity to work with some of the best in the UAE, Vocus provides design, construction and fit-out solutions for residential, commercial and hospitality projects. Our interior designers, architects and passionate makers work as one team, dedicated to building personalised interiors that reflect the unique style and individuality of every client.
That structure is deliberate. When the person who draws the space also answers for building it, promises survive contact with the site: the design is priced as it is drawn, approvals are planned rather than discovered, and craftsmanship is a standard — not a hope. It is how we have worked since 1982, across villas, penthouses, offices and stores throughout Dubai and the UAE.

Vocus Building Contracting L.L.C holds three current management-system certifications: ISO 9001:2015 for quality, ISO 14001:2015 for environmental management and ISO 45001:2018 for occupational health and safety. All three are issued by LEMS Certifications, which the certificates record as assessed by the Accreditation Service for Certification Bodies LLC (ASCB), Dover, Delaware, USA as a certifying body for compliance with ISO 17021:2015.
The marks in our footer are the small part. What they stand for is the way we run a project — how drawings are controlled, how a subcontractor is chosen, how waste leaves a site, how a crew is briefed before a pour — is written down, followed and audited by someone who does not work for us.
